Refund Policy
If you encounter problems or are not satisfied after receiving the product, you can choose the return and exchange service:

If you have an account, log in and go to your order history. Select the order you wish to return or exchange.
We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the email to create your return or exchange. Once completed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
When returning a product, please ensure that it is in its original condition and that it is accompanied by proof of purchase. If the product is damaged or affects secondary sales, we are sorry but we cannot return it to you.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please start returning all items and include a receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email for each order in the package.
Processing returns takes approximately 30 business days. You will receive a refund notification from us once your return has been processed and the refund will take an additional 1-3 business days to be credited to your original payment method.

Exchange
If you are making an exchange, be sure to ship any items you return within 30 days to avoid being charged a fee. Your exchange order will be processed within 30 days.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
